About the Brand
Specialist Motorsport Seat Hardware
Endurance Motorsport is a specialist manufacturer of metal mounting hardware for motorsport seat installations. The brand produces precision-fabricated brackets, adapters and rails used to mount FIA-approved racing seats to vehicle chassis and floor rails.
Products appear primarily through specialist motorsport retailers and race equipment distributors. The catalogue centres on fabricated aluminium and steel components designed to work with fixed-back racing seats from multiple manufacturers, solving the mechanical interface between seat shell and vehicle floor.

Engineering Principles
The product range is built on three core engineering commitments that define how every component is designed and manufactured.
Precision Engineering
Every bracket and adapter is CNC-machined or laser-cut to tight tolerances, ensuring correct seat geometry and compliance with FIA mounting specifications.
Universal Compatibility
Hardware is designed to work with seats from Sparco, OMP, Cobra, Recaro, Mirco and similar manufacturers. One product range, many applications.
Safety First
Motorsport seat mounts must withstand extreme crash loads. Our components are engineered to meet or exceed the structural requirements of motorsport regulations.
Materials and Manufacturing
Components are produced using CNC machining, laser cutting, bending and forming, then finished with anodising or powder coating. The choice of material depends on the specific load requirements and weight targets of each product.
- Aluminium Alloy
- Used where weight reduction is the priority. Typically 4 to 5mm thick, anodised or powder-coated.
- Used in: Side mount brackets, base adapters
- High-Tensile Steel
- Used where maximum rigidity and load strength are required. Powder-coated or zinc-plated.
- Used in: Base cross-bars, weld-in rails, slider tracks
- Grade 5 Titanium
- Optional fastener material for minimum-weight competition builds where every gram matters.
- Used in: M8 bolts and nuts
FIA Seat Compatibility
Most racing seats follow FIA standard 8855-1999 or 8862-2009 for mounting geometry. Side mounting hole spacing is standardised at approximately 290mm across the seat shell.
Endurance Motorsport side mounts are designed around this standard, allowing them to work with seats from multiple manufacturers without modification.
Compatible seat manufacturers include:
- Sparco
- OMP
- Cobra
- Recaro
- Mirco
- Bride
- Sabelt
- Corbeau
Always verify compatibility with your specific seat model before purchase.
Typical Applications

Club Racing
Club-level competition vehicles requiring FIA-approved seating installations in compliance with series regulations.

Track Day Cars
Vehicles built for track day or amateur motorsport where fixed bucket seats are installed for driver protection and positioning.

Drift and Rally Builds
High-performance builds where weld-in rails and custom fabrication mounts are required for chassis integration.

Simulator Rigs
Home and professional sim rigs using real racing bucket seats for an authentic driving position and feel.
Industry Standards
Motorsport seat mounts must withstand extremely high loads during crashes. Motorsport regulations typically specify minimum bolt grades, minimum material thickness, and approved mounting positions. Endurance Motorsport hardware is engineered with these requirements in mind.
- FIA Standard 8855-1999: Racing Seat Homologation
- FIA Standard 8862-2009: Racing Seat Homologation (updated)
- ISO Grade 8.8 / 10.9 bolt specifications for structural fasteners
